Today, I would like to share a little about how hypnosis has helped me achieve meaningful goals throughout my life.

As a creative person who came from a difficult upbringing, I struggled with focus and attention and have dealt with learning difficulties throughout my life. It was through becoming involved in mind-body practices, spiritual healing, and hypnotherapy that I began to develop a deeper connection with myself and a greater understanding of my inner world.

After experiencing hypnotherapy as a client with other practitioners, I began to understand some of the emotions I had been carrying in my body, as well as patterns and experiences that had been influencing me for years. I came to recognize how deeply our emotions can influence our behaviors and how our beliefs can shape the way we feel and experience the world.

The subconscious mind is closely connected to our emotional experiences and nervous system. Through hypnosis, we can access this deeper level of awareness and begin to work with patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses that may no longer be serving us.

Over the past several years, hypnosis and self-hypnosis have supported me in achieving goals I once thought were far outside my reach. I learned watercolor painting even though I had never drawn or painted before. I used hypnosis and personalized audios to help maintain my focus, absorb new knowledge, and stay connected to my creative process. This eventually led me to write my own oracle deck guidebook—a book of more than 200 pages.

The trance state, or creative state, has also been described by artists, writers, scientists, and other creative thinkers throughout history. Many have spoken about receiving insights, ideas, or inspiration through dreams, intuition, meditation, or dreamlike states of awareness.

I often use this state myself as a way to create, explore ideas, and receive creative insight from what I experience as my deeper or higher self.

Today, I bring these experiences into my work with clients. I guide people who want to achieve meaningful goals, develop their inner resources, overcome limiting patterns, and create change in their lives.

Hypnosis is a fascinating tool because it can help you turn your attention inward and access resources, memories, insights, and possibilities that are often overlooked in our everyday state of mind.

There is an incredible inner library of knowledge, experience, and potential within each of us. Hypnosis can be one way of learning how to access it.
