A Space for growth

​I grew up in Brazil, seeing my grandfather helping others through his spiritual gifts and herbal potions; I have studied and still practice until this day Buddhism and the teachings of "A Course in Miracles." I have traveled to India and Nepal, where I attended different meditation teacher trainings and sessions guided by the Dalai Lama at his temple in Dharamshala. I was also initiated into shamanic practices in Brazil, where I developed my intuitive gifts and connection with divine wisdom. In America, I studied with excellent teachers in the field of clinical hypnosis and dreamwork.

My interest in different healing modalities and spiritual practices is rooted in my desire to heal myself from trauma. In the last few years, I have found that hypnotherapy is a safe and incredible tool for physical and emotional well-being. I have transformed fear and chronic pain, improved my ability to focus and maintain inner clarity, and noticed significant relationship changes.

When clients share their stories with me, I deeply resonate with their suffering and pain. I feel honored to share the tools and wisdom that have helped many clients and me.
