A 4-day practice to soften the heart and embrace ease 

This course is an invitation to gently release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your true essence. Through guided reflection, embodied practices, and self-inquiry, you will be supported in letting go of emotional weight, outdated beliefs, and subconscious patterns that keep you feeling stuck or disconnected.

This journey is for those who feel called to create space for something new—more ease, clarity, and inner peace. Each session offers a practice designed to deepen your connection with your deep self, your body, and your inner wisdom.

Through short daily practices, you will be guided to listen inward, restore balance, and welcome a new beginning rooted in compassion, presence, and trust in life.

 Lesson 1 — Free to Listen Until March 19

Lesson 1 – The Practice of Remembrance

In this lesson, we return to the very essence of who you are in true reality—oneness, freedom, and peace. As divine beings, our lives serve the awakening of the soul. Yet, forgetting the deeper purpose of our experiences can leave us feeling depleted, stuck in old patterns, and limited by outdated beliefs.

Through a guided relaxation and a practice of self-inquiry, you will be invited to soften, slow down, and reconnect with your whole, perfect self. This practice creates space for remembrance, clarity, and a deeper sense of inner safety and presence.

Lesson 2 – Identifying the Emotion You Are Holding On To

In this lesson, you will be guided to connect with emotions that may be stored in your body and influencing your behaviors, choices, and quality of life. Emotions are energy in motion, and when they are held or suppressed, they can create imbalance and disconnection.

Through guided imagery, breathing, and body awareness, you will learn a new way to relate to your emotions—allowing them to be processed and released rather than judged or pushed away. This session supports a deeper connection between mind, body, and soul, inviting emotional flow and self-compassion.

Lesson 3 – Identifying the Belief That Is Holding You Back

In this session, you will become aware of beliefs that have been shaping your experience and quietly holding you back. These beliefs often form early in life or during emotionally charged moments and may no longer reflect who you truly are.

Through gentle reflection and guided visualization, you will be invited to release outdated beliefs into the fire of transformation. As space opens, a new awareness emerges—one that is aligned with your creative, compassionate, and empowered self.

This practice supports mental clarity and helps you envision your highest path with greater trust and ease.

Lesson 4 – Opening Space for the New

In this final session, you will be guided to reflect on the deeper lessons of your past experiences and to envision what a new beginning looks like for you. This session supports closure, renewal, and alignment. You will be guided to connect with your higher self and allow it to gently reveal the next steps forward—rooted in ease, trust, and self-acceptance.
